DEREK CORNELL

GENERAL MANAGER

Derek began working in the restaurant industry while pursuing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He has worked a variety of positions over the last 15 years for nationally known restaurant brands and for well-respected independents. While working with Chateau Elan he fell in love with the people and the communities in the Suwanee area and he was chosen to be part of the opening management team for Bottles & Bones. Derek’s commitment to impeccable service and his ability to build lasting relationships with guests, staff, vendors, and the community around us, quickly elevated him to the position of General Manager.

Derek is hospitality-driven, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for each of our guests. He is an expert in customizing experiences for each guest and consistently manages all the details that turn all of our guests into loyal fans. We are proud to have an individual like Derek to lead our team, uphold our standards, and represent our brand here at Bottles and Bones.
